Ovaj sam blog zamislio i kreirao kao okupljalište za sve koji su odabrali postati voditelji. Ovo je mjesto za razmjenu misli, pitanja, dvojbi, strahova, uspjeha i strasti kako bismo zajedno učili, rasli i putovali prema viziji učinkovitog, razigranog i samosvjesnog voditelja.
Započeo sam pisati blog želeći omogućiti veliki izvor informacija i najbolja saznanja iz prakse o vođenju i pomaganju voditeljima. Pišem o promjeni, osobnom vođenju, ciljevima i ishodima, pravilima upravljanja i razvoju nas samih. Sve o čemu pišem je naučeno i provjereno u praksi. Živim za rukovođenje i želim to podijeliti s posjetiteljima ovog bloga. Pridružite mi se u dijeljenju znanja i iskustava čitateljima ovog bloga jer je dijeljenje znanja veliko zadovoljstvo!
Vjerujem da ovo znanje treba biti sačuvano za nove generacije voditelja. Zaista nema potrebe da uče voditi na teži način od početka kao da su sva ova vrijedna znanja nepoznata. U današnjem svijetu neprestane promjene čak i malen korak u tom pravcu će imati pozitivan učinak i voditi nas prema pravom napretku.

The leadership journey can be started by ourselves but can only be finished with help of others who we succeed to persuade to join us. The leaders often seclude themselves trying to find all solutions on their own and avoiding putting any important questions to the others in afraid to be laughed at because of their incompetence.
This blog I imagined and created as the meeting place for all people who have chosen to become the leaders. This is the place for sharing thoughts, questions, doubts, fears, successes and passion, in order to learn together, grow together and travel towards becoming a more competent leader.
I started writing this blog aiming to provide a great resource of leadership knowledge and experience to the people in Croatia and in the world. I also want them to enjoy while reading. With useful, practically proven and easy-to-implement knowledge I want with this site to encourage all leaders to stay passionately devoted in their permanent search of excellence. I believe that my blog with time will become a resource site or even community site for business leaders where they can openly interact, share ideas and learn from each other.
Here you will find a lot of ideas and best practices about leadership and executive coaching. I write about change management, personal leadership, goals and objectives, management rules and self development. Everything I do and write about is learned and proved in practice. I believe this knowledge has to be enshrined for the new generation of leaders. It is really no need for them to learn how to lead hard way from the beginning like none of this precious leadership expertise doesn’t exist! In today’s changing world even the smallest change toward such thoughts will have positive influence and lead to true progress.
